• Create a login through Rock RMS, our church management system, to access member features

We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit our site, such as pages viewed and general location (city/region), through Google Analytics, to help us understand how the site is used and improve it.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your questions, prayer requests, and messages
• Follow up after you plan a visit or submit a welcome card
• Communicate about events, groups, and ministries you've signed up for
• Process and record donations
• Improve this website

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Online Giving

Donations made through our "Give" page are processed by Tithe.ly, a third-party payment processor, over an encrypted, PCI-compliant connection. Emmaus Church does not receive or store your full card or bank account number. Tithe.ly's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information.

• Rock RMS — our church management system, used for logins, check-in, and group/event records
• GroupMe — used for some student and preteen life group communication

Children's Information

Our website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children online. Information about children enrolled in Emmaus Kids or Preteens (such as check-in and safety information) is collected in person through Rock RMS by authorized ministry staff and volunteers, not through this website, and is used solely for child safety and ministry purposes.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us to update, correct, or delete your contact information at any time by reaching out using the information below. You can also unsubscribe from email communications using the link in any email we send.
